Ramadan day 13 - a normal amount of anxiety is normal.

Many people are trying to achieve Jannah in this Dunya, and they will fail miserably. People with material wealth and status put on a public show, but they have mental health issues that are torturing them. Just pick any celebrity story and you’ll see.

Medication isn’t the answer, even though it can dull your mind to the stresses of life. Most people don’t need to be on these meds, but what they’re really missing is the spiritual component. How many spiritual people, even if they’re not on Islam, feel and act so much better even if they are living in poverty?

If you want to find comfort and ease, remembrance of Allah is the way:

The Thunder (13:28)

those who believe and whose hearts find comfort in the remembrance of Allah. Surely in the remembrance of Allah do hearts find comfort.

Do you know the best gift of Jannah? It is to see Allah with your own eyes. The one who created you, sustained you, and showered you with countless blessings. Just as seeing Allah is the best gift of Jannah, the worst punishment of Hell is being denied the ability to see Allah because, surely if you don’t believe in Him, why would you have the pleasure of seeing Him subhana wata'aalah?
