This book can literally save marriages.

I’m only a quarter of the way through this book, but it is the type of book that will make you question why you assumed the Western way of doing things is always right, especially parenting.

There’s a reason why Western parenting is deemed as WEIRD, an acronym meaning Western, Educated, Industrialized, Rich, Democratic. It sounds like the perfect way to raise a child, except it’s one of the worst ways to raise a child, and it’s why many people don’t want to have kids. They see how others suffer through the agony, and they wonder, “Why should I put myself through that?”

This book can literally save marriages by Allah’s permission.

It gives you a blueprint on how to raise children the way they have always been raised in the past, making them part of the family team and by not exhausting the parents by being a non-contributor.

Having your kids from a very young age watch what you do and learn to help you without being told makes everyone’s life easier.

The parents are more at ease, kids feel like part of the team, and parents can have more children without having to feel worried about the burden of doing more chores without any help.

Husbands are happier.

Wives are happier.

Children are happier.
